Your Swimphony Account

Swimphony is a fantastic software programme that allows you to keep up-to-date with your payments, view lesson details, track progress, and notify us of your absences.

Please register with Swimphony before the first lesson. Here, you will be provided with our T&Cs.

Please inform us of absences as soon as possible. We will try and arrange a catch-up session at a time appropriate for you and Coral Reef Swim School, in line with our T&Cs.

Parking (Fitzalan High School Only)

Please view the ‘Fitzalan High School parking’ link below to locate the correct visitor's car park.

Please note: If you use Cardiff City House of Sport's car park, it is essential that you pay at the meter to avoid a fine. Fitzalan High School will not be able to intervene or cancel the fine.

Changing Facilities

Fitzalan High School have communal changing rooms.
Radyr Comprehensive School have gendered changing rooms. If a child is over the age of 9, they must get changed in the changing room of their gender.

The Lesson - what to bring and where to wait?

Please bring: appropriate swimming attire; a towel; goggles; a hair bobble (for swimmers with long hair), toiletries (if you want to use the shower facilities after the lesson); and appropriate poolside footwear.

At Fitzalan High School, we ask swimmers to wait on the bench at the side of the pool.
At Radyr Comprehensive School, we ask swimmers to wait at the entrance of the changing rooms that lead onto poolside.

Swimmer's Feedback Profiles

You will receive weekly feedback on your child’s progress via Google Docs 3 days after the lesson.

Once you have confirmed your booking, a link will be emailed to invite you to view the feedback profile on Google Docs. Please ‘pin’ the email to the top of the inbox, as shown in the 'Google Docs' link below..

All swimmer’s profile will be checked by Ellie Depledge-Barr and/or Jordan Dibble to ensure individuals are progressing as they should and that feedback is being completed correctly.

Parents/Carers/Guardians

ALL parents/guardians/carers must remain in the building whilst their child’s lessons are ongoing. If there is an accident, emergency situation, or if your child needs to use the toilet, it is essential that you are present in the building and contactable.
Parents/carers/guardians at Fitzalan High School can watch from the spectators area by the shallow end of the pool.
Parents/carers/guardians at Radyr Comprehensive School can watch from the gymnasium located upstairs. Here, there is a live view camera in place so you can watch your child from the screen. This is not recorded.
